Palma.— Capdella neighbours have had enough. The amount of rubbish being recklessly dumped in different areas of the region has left local citizens distraught and furious with the lack of progress from the authorities in dealing with the situation.
“For a month now, every Friday night someone is dumping plastic bags full of rubbish on private properties, which is shameful,” some of the neighbours said yesterday.
The situation has led some property owners to implement their own surveillance system.
