Inca.—Construction work to build Inca’s new ring road will affect 136 properties and will see the Council of Majorca, which is responsible for the project, compulsory purchase at least 17,6 hectares to complete the project.
Those were the latest details revealed yesterday after the President of the Council signed the decree, to set the plan in motion. If the project is approved by the relevant authorities it will then be under public scrutiny for 30 working days.
Any complaints, suggestions or alterations can be then presented.
The Council also revealed it will have to bring down at least 880 metres of buildings in the 17,6 hectares they are to purchase as well as impose servitude rights in others. Some 423 metres of land will also be bought to compensate those affected.
