Palma.—The Palma-based chef, Marc Fosh, who became the first British chef to win a Michelin Star in Spain, was yesterday proclaimed an ambassador for Majorcan olive oil.
Marc, who currently owns two restaurants in Palma and acts as a consultant for leading establishments around the world, was proclaimed the new ambassador by the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Oil Majorca.
Marc, who has been the Bulletin chef for over ten years writing a weekly column, said yesterday that he was really proud.
