The Balearic Port Authority is getting ready for what is set to be the “best season in history” in terms of the number of cruise passengers arriving at local ports in 2015.
According to reports revealed yesterday by the authority, the port of Palma is set to welcome over 1,8 million passengers, which added to figures from other ports in the region could bring the number of cruise visitors to over the two million mark.
The 1,8 million passengers expected to arrive in Palma next year, represents an increase of nearly half a million passengers compared with this year.
