Palma.—Mahon in Minorca is the best value destination in the Balearics, according to the results of a price survey carried out by Tripadvisor.
The survey compared double room rates in four star hotels, the price of two cocktails, a menu for two consisting of two dishes each and a bottle of house wine and taxi fares in cities across Spain.
The result was that staying and eating out in Mahon costs an average of 160.4 euros per night while Ibiza, on the other hand, came in as the most expensive destination costing an average of 221.4 euros per night.
