Inca.—The Dijous Bo, the island’s largest agricultural fair, will be preceded this year by three fairs dedicated to some of Majorca’s most famous and traditional produce.
Olive oil, almonds and the region’s famous sobrasada are three of the most recognised products which will be the main attractions over the next few weeks.
Inca Council and the local business association yesterday presented the programme for the three upcoming fairs.
The first one, this weekend, will be dedicated to plants and gardening. There will be bonsai exhibitions and flower arrangements.
An area for pottery has also been arranged, in the arts and crafts area located between la Pau, en Corro and Estrella streets.
Stalls in L’Olivera, L’Ametlla and Llupol’s squares will be made availble to display and sell olive oil, almonds, sobrasada and respective derived products.
The second fair will be mainly focused on sport and transport.
There will be karts, cars, motorbikes, bicycles, and several sport exhibition
