Balearic government spokesperson, Nuria Riera, yesterday said that the Minister for Health has taken all the measures necessary to ensure that basic medical attention outside of Palma is operating as usual.
The reason for some local medical centres suffering from a shortage of personnel over the past few weeks has been put down to a technical error which led to a delay of contracting medical staff.
That, however, has apparently been dealt with and all local Balearic health service clinics are working as usual with the adequate staff.
