National Police officers have yesterday met with local business responsibles, security staff and company owners from the Balearics to explain them the outlines of the massive security plan they intend to put into action this Christmas.
National Police officers will work alongside Palma’s Citizen Security department and different brigades from the local police to keep the streets safe this Christmas. The number of officers on patrol will increase over the next few days to prevent robberies, thefts, burglaries and frauds. With the holidays around the corner and hundreds of citizens set to head to the shops in the next couple of weeks to finish their Christmas shopping, police officers warned local citizens to pay special attention to their belongings in busy places, keep an eye for possible faudsters and do not lose their children out of sight.
