ESRA NORTH EASTER EGG COMPETITION

On Maundy Thursday the ESRA North Thursday Club met up at Casa Manolo as their usual venue was closed. 30 members attended and some of them brought eggs that they had decorated. The brief was any egg, any style and we had a variety ranging from an Andy Murray supporter to a Puffin.  The staff from the bar did the judging and the best three were awarded a prize. First Place went to Gail Mayes for her jewelled egg, Second for his vase was Brian Lowndes, Third with an egg decorated with hand painted flowers was Jean Rogerson. Once again the members excelled . All those present received a small bag of Easter Eggs from Chairman Christine Maynard.
