A November start for the pedestrianisation?

 The project to semi-pedestrianise Puerto Pollensa’ coast road from Llenaire has, as you may have noticed, not gone according to plan. Had it, there would by now be semi-pedestrianisation, but Mayor Tomeu Cifre’s “stellar” project has been subject to delay after delay, the most recent one being on account of a challenge to the project under an urban plan of 1991. The environmental group GOB argued that this plan stipulated that pedestrianisation had to be total or not at all.
