CaixaBank, which has the most extensive branch network in Spain, has launched its has launched its HolaBank product in the Balearics.
Aimed at international clients, HolaBank will, as Xicu Costa, the area director for the Balearics, says: “allow CaixaBank to strengthen relationships with clients who have specific needs and who require an innovative, comprehensive and high-quality range of products and service”.
HolaBank is not a physical bank but a branded product available through 38 CaixaBank branches in the Balearics - 26 of them in Majorca - which is aimed specifically at overseas clients who have bought properties or who are renting properties.
The profile includes clients who are permanently resident or who have bought holiday homes, and it also includes foreign owners of small businesses.
This specialist service, which is multilingual and can draw on the experience of account managers with expertise in international banking, will feature an extensive catalogue of financial products designed with this client base in mind as well as a broad portfolio of high-value non-financial services.
These include the “Living Solutions Plan”, the slogan for which is “making your life easier”.
In several languages, it gives legal guidance, telephone healthcare assistance, free registration with utilities, personal assistance and emergency home support under special circumstances and more. It will also provide discounts and promotions at restaurants and an exclusive 365-day-a-year telephone service line.
HolaBank in the Balearics was launched last week in Palma at a presentation attended by some 130 people and by the honorary consuls from Austria, France and Switzerland.
