One of Pollensa's most famous sights, the Roman bridge over the torrent of Sant Jordí, has been vandalised with graffiti. The local police are now looking to find out who was responsible, the assumption is that it was the work of some local youths. Councillor Tomeu Cifre Bennàssar says that the town hall will do all it can to remove the graffiti as soon as possible, but he notes that this isn't straightforward, the stone work being old and uneven.
