Calvia council calls vigil in memory of British murder victim

Calvia council has called a five-minute vigil for this afternoon at 5pm in the Plaza de la Pinada in Santa Ponsa in memory of Lisa Jane L., 39, who was apparently strangled by her husband using a mobile charger cable at their home in Costa de la Calma in the early hours of this morning. The husband, who is also British and believed to be aged 50, has been taken into custody by the Guardia Civil.
