The Guardia Civil is looking for a Moroccan man, presumed to be resident in Magalluf or elsewhere in Calvia, who was responsible for a sex attack on a 23-year-old British female tourist.

The incident occurred a few days ago, and it would seem that the Moroccan man got to know the woman and a group of her friends and then invited her to go with him to various bars and to supposedly get her drunk. When the woman said that she didn't feel well and wanted to return to her hotel, the man took her to a secluded area near to Punta Ballena in Magalluf and subjected her to a sexual assault despite her attempts at resistance.

This is the first reported attack of this nature in Magalluf this season.
