Three balcony falls in Majorca in 48 hours

A 32-year-old Scottish man is in a serious condition in Son Espases Hospital having fallen from a height of around in Santa Ponsa yesterday afternoon. The incident occurred at around quarter to six yesterday afternoon in the calle Ramon de Moncada.

Drink,stupidity and drugs are the root cause behind most of these balcony falls.
I still say that many balconies in Mallorca are unsafe. The offending Hotels etc. should receive main safety inspections,as a matter of extreme urgency. These dangerous unsafe balconies have been in situ since construction . To date no action to have them made safe.
