Audrey Middlehurst recently made a donation of 500 euros to Aspanob, an association established in 1987 around a group of parents who all had children suffering from cancer. Audrey and her late husband Roy had heard about ASPANOB through Calvia Lions, and the donation was raised at Roy's funeral.

The main objective of the ASPANOB is to contribute to better care of children up to 18 years and their families. This is at medical, psychological and social levels. It also involves the emotional and educational development of children and their families, suiting this to their particular circumstances, and generally any action that tends to improve their quality of life.
