Pollensa town hall has taken possession of the Gelats Valls ice-cream kiosk in Puerto Pollensa, which closed at the end of October. It has been inspected by town hall representatives and the police, and the process now starts to remove the kiosk.

Its a shame, I agree. This "kiosk" has been important for many people. I have a daughter, who visits for icecream everyday (for around 3-4 weeks every year) she stays in Pollensa area, every day. Shame on the people who is doing this.
I would also like to know. Mr Withall ?
Not exactly correct for Mr Withall to accuse someone, presumably the mayor, of corruption without backing up his words with facts. Can he ? Will he ?
I'm so sad to hear this news ,one of the things we always do is have one of the gorgeous ice creams every night,it will be very sadly missed, will the ice cream be sold in the shop still ? ,I feel a part of porta Pollentia as been taken away .
Shame on you. A lot of people don't make '50 years'.But this business did. So 50 years of success & making 'thousands' of people every year happy with ice cream and it must be shut down. Greed or who paid who off?Why don't you look a bit deeper into crimes that still occur in the port and in the town, your own doorstep? Put your focus on that. It is not an eye sore. It has been a delight. Valls - You will be missed. Thank you for our family memories. Aren't there more important issues going on than ice cream?
I wonder what's going to replace this "eyesore" then.
Then please inform us about what the real intention is.
The tender was just a smoke-screen to hide the real intention !!!!
About time too. It's an eyesore and a blot on the landscape.
