Hmm....Maybe they can deal with the teams of professional Eastern European pickpockets working places like Port de Pollensa. I (a Londoner) was one of many whose bag was unzipped and purse stolen waiting to report the theft in the local police station when it happened. There was a security camera in the shop which was on but the staff didn't know how to work and the police ignored.
