According to figures from the General Council of the Judiciary, there were more legal proceedings against corruption in the Balearics in 2016 than any other region. The number was eighteen, followed by Valencia with fifteen, and Andalusia and Castile-La Mancha, both with twelve. These were proceedings in different courts, including high courts.

The Sicilians use guns and the Mallorcans use lawyers.
Spain and the whole of Majorca is corrupt from the top down, instead of commenting on matters concerning the UK,when Humphrey Carter, by his own admission, states that he does not regard the UK as his country and has spent most of his life abroad and therefore out of the UK so is not the best qualified person to offer any comments on the UK,should be reporting on and investigating this kind of thing, which is far more relevant to those living in Majorca.
