Las Adelfas Restaurant in Nueva Santa Ponsa opened its doors on 13 April but its official opening is Saturday, 13 May, to which you are invited for cocktails to celebrate the occasion.

The restaurant is at calle Chopin 5 in Nueva Santa Ponsa, Its owner is Austrian businessman KommR Otto Scheiflinger and it is managed by Alberto Jareño. Head chef is Asier Hernández Cuevas who, among other awards, has been recognised by the Bib Gourmand, the selection of restaurants with the best quality-to-price ratios that are highlighted in the Michelin Guide.

In addition to being lavished with cocktails, guests can expect various activities to make for a very pleasant evening.
