The press officer and spokesperson from the US Embassy in Madrid, David Connell, visited our offices in Palma yesterday and underlined the excellent links between the US and Spain.

David Connell said that a new US ambassador to Spain will be appointed in the coming months. A career diplomat, he said that there had been a big increase in the number of US tourists coming to Spain, the Balearics included.
