Nightmare at Palma airport

A listener to Radio 1 Mallorca sent the following: “Absolute craziness in Palma airport. This is the queue for passport control. With Palma airport being one of the busiest airports in Europe during the summer months, it is madness that the police staff is not sufficiently increased and the new area for self service passport scanning is not 100% operable to cater for the thousands of visitors landing every hour. This queue is currently all the way out as far as Burger King - so what’s that - at least an hour of queuing?? Ridiculous!”
