The Balearic government announced yesterday that the new reformed tourism law will include restrictions and limits on the amount of alcohol guests can consume in all inclusive resorts. A meeting was held yesterday morning between the government and representatives from 18 different institutions and tourism bodies and all agreed that caps would be introduced to prevent antisocial behaviour. The aim of the meeting was the prevention of civil disobedience and antisocial behaviour in well known tourists resorts like Magalluf, the Playa de Palma and Palmanova. Police chiefs from the three municipalities were also present and all of the various bodies present were asked to fully implicate themselves in the campaign.

it seems any excuse to ruin the holiday makers enjoyment as its a small minority who cause the problems and lets be honest how the hell can anybody get drunk on all inclusive alcohol I would say the average drink is about 2% I suggest we black list Majorca until this mayor is removed from office
I like all-inclusive cruises and hotels etc. I've never been drunk and disorderly, I don't need to keep fishing money out of my pocket, I enjoy the effect of alcohol, I chat happily to people around me, I feel relaxed, never turn violent, then I sleep like a log. My reason for posting this is that I doubt I'm alone - so please spare a thought for us happy drinkers who never cause trouble!
The word "implicate" is normally used to infer involvement in a crime! A Freudian slip?
Let's see if the hoteliers advertise it as 'a bit less all inclusive' . And of course the prices go up for next year.
While that is a step in the right direction, bars that are serving people who have clearly had enough already should face prosecution and all promotions of alcoholic drinks in bars should be banned.
