Boat blaze in Andratx leaves mechanic with burns

The incident occurred at around seven this evening (Friday). The mechanic was working on one of the boats, and firefighters believe that a spark caused a fire, which spread to the other boats.

Local police, Guardia Civil officers, Santa Ponsa fire crews and medics went to the scene. The mechanic was taken to Son Espases and another person was treated for smoke inhalation.
