Palma hair salon was being used as drug den, two people arrested

During the search of one of the individual’s home, the police seized 17 kilos of hashish, two kilos of marijuana and 18,000 euros in cash.

According to the Nation al Police, the police had been watching the hair salon for a couple of days following complaints from a number of residents about suspicious activities in the salon and that there was a contact flow of people in and out of the property, none of them having had a hair cut. After a two-day stake out, the police moved in yesterday. One of the two has been arrested with charges, the other will appear in court today.
