The Palma Met Office issued a map which outlines the areas of the island which are most at risk from today's and tomorrow's extreme heat.

The areas in yellow are those which are at most risk from the weather and those in green are deemed to be safer.

Temperatures are forecast to reach 40 degrees celsius.
