The United Kingdom's Supreme Court ruled today that Prime Minister Boris Johnson acted unlawfully when he advised Queen Elizabeth to suspend parliament just weeks before Brexit and that therefore the legislature had not been prorogued.

Mikke, I think you are maybe confusing unlawful with illegal.
Mikke, if there was no law in the first place to allow the suspension of Parliament then the PM had no right to suspend it! That’s what dictators do, not democrats.It’s about time that the UK had a proper written Constitution instead of a customary compendium of rules, then these situations wouldn’t arise.
