The Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has warned that "the last thing we should allow is slip up now because that would cause more than a setback, it could mean a total relapse."

Should Lockdown be reduced too early. The resultant revival of the Virus would be catastrophic.
It seems to me that the bigest slips in protecting the life and health of Spanish citizens were made by the Prime Minister and his government, by leting 3000+ football fans go to the match in Italy in march, or allowing thousands of people to gather on the streets of Madrid for womens day. So I am not completely sure that he is the one who should be warning others about slipping.
