There are now 213,024 people infected with coronavirus in Spain, a rise of 4,635 since Wednesday, according to the latest data published by the Ministry of Health.

So, to put these figures in persective again, as nobody seems to: 213,024 people represents 0.004% of the Spanish population. If you say it quick enough, you may be able to hear it. As to the death rate, this stand at just over 10%. But, this is a nonsense figure, as Spain has no idea how many people are actually infected. The actual death rate is probably no more than 0,5%. Makes you wonder a bit about this whole lock down and if it could not been handled in a somewhat more intelligent way.
