No one will travel while quarantine is in place, so no flights. No economic recovery. But at least in Spain there appears to be a timetable for this to end, unlike the UK.
He's in small company on the quarantine. Particularly as it was announced out of the blue and without consultation. Should it continue for any length of time then he will soon change his tune as it will kill any chance of getting any tourism started this year stone dead. On the funny side though, a journalist from a Spanish paper has said that many jobless locals will be roaming the streets of Palma this summer instead of cruise tourists, but they'd still spend more than the cruiseros! :)
