Speaking during her visit to the mass screening in Es Rafal, Palma on Tuesday, President Armengol appealed to the public to comply with coronavirus regulations and recommendations.

If enough people them behave recklessly, like drinking and driving or doing 180 on the motorway, we expect government to react by outlawing that behaviour and then sanctioning it. Politicians don't spread the virus. People do.
'More than enough'. I guess she knows best, but let's wait and see what happens and who she will blame if infections continue to rise.
There are so many countries in Europe with far less restrictions and far less infections. There is something wrong with the policy of prohibition and persecution so beloved by the governing bodies in Spain.
Finally something sensible from our President. It is in our own hands whether or not there will be more restrictions or even a lockdown. But most spanish don´t seem to care and still go shopping with the whole family, including grandma. So silly.
