Spanish government rejects call for 8pm curfew
The government would have had to take a change to Congress
The Spanish health minister, Salvador Illa, has rejected calls from a dozen regions for an earlier curfew to start at 8pm rather than 10pm. One region, Asturias, had proposed 6pm.

About the best thing they've done this whole pandemic.
As the Spanish Doctor who is currently in hospital suffering with Covid said from his bed on television recently "Increasing the length of the curfew will achieve nothing. It is people's attitudes and lack of education which need to change".
