Fatal road accident in Andratx

A 52-year-old man, a resident of Andratx, was killed in a head-on collision between a car and a lorry on Wednesday.

The accident occurred around 12.30pm on the Puerto Andratx road by the Foc i Fum restaurant. One of the vehicles had crossed into the opposite lane. Due to the severity of the accident, the fire brigade was needed to extricate the dead driver's body.
