Mallorca a British favourite despite the amber list

The ABTA travel association has confirmed that, despite Mallorca and the Balearics having been on the UK's amber list, the islands have been the top destinations for British holidaymakers.

Majorca will always be popular with English visitors but are there many holiday makers in resorts and in particular Palma Nova at present ?
Bit of a strange headline, - and logic too. Mallorca was not on the Amber list until the British tourists came and sent our contagion rates soaring. If they'd gone to any other Green List country instead they would have changed that too...
