It is understood that on Monday the Balearic government will approve the Covid certificate as a requirement for entrance to bars and restaurants with capacity of fifty or more people. This would be in line with the measure in Valencia, which is currently awaiting court ratification, and similar to one in Navarre, where the high court has approved the certificate for capacity of sixty of more.

Ah, so nice to have you back FEAR
Surely a large bar ,capacity 50+,with a few people in is better than a less than 50+ capacity with 45 people in it. In magaluf at the moment you'll struggle to find a bar with more than 20 in it.
I think this a great idea. And it should be extended to anybody that is over weight or smokes, because they are very likely to cause strain on the health system at some point.
