This may all be true, but France’s latest declaration banning people travelling to or from the U.K. by road via France will deter many people from visiting Spain. France includes people who are legal residents in other EU countries or Schengen member states. They will only allow U.K. citizens to fly over France, with the exception of ex-pats who are legal residents of France. This is the French Ministry of Spite at it’s hate-filled anti-British best, and is designed to seriously damage tourism and ex-pat residents in Spain and other EU member states. Maybe one day people will wake up to French total self-interest at the expense of whoever they deem subordinate to them, which is everyone except their German masters. I’ll be pointing out French owned vacant properties to our local active squatters in future.
