Many UK families have cancelled half-term trips to mainland Spain and the Canary Islands because children over 12 must be double vaccinated to enter, according to a report on the BBC website.

I suspect there’ll be fewer bookings when tourists realise there is triple vaccinated stipulation in place. It’s proven that those who have been vaccinated can still catch and spread the virus which makes a mockery of all the restrictions that have been introduced.
Spain wake up!! Two vaccinations for adults only, is all that is needed. Drop the ridiculous restrictions now!
Well we didn’t expect that to happen did we. Canneries tourism board expects £400 million loss on hotels alone, forecast the same losses in bars restaurants and supports like taxis. All the precautions did not stop omicron. The U.K. rate is falling but the virus is here and we need to live with it. Spain’s approach will continue the economic pain with no benefit.
Yes, because UK parents know it's insane to give this to a child that has a 99.9999% survival rate.
