Creu Roja, the Red Cross, has entered into a year-long agreement to rent 160 beds in two blocks of a hotel complex in Mallorca in order to accommodate Ukrainian refugees.

I sincerely hope that Ukranian refugees are being provided with adequate accommodation and will be offered every opportunity to positively integrate into Mallorcan society. If this is not the case then the Balearic government should hang its head in shame at just trying to score political points over its rivals in Spain's other autonomous communities and in other EU countries. Those of us who are paying excessive rates of local and national tax hope that our money is being spent wisely...we live in forlorn hope!!!
