Police detain motorist for driving at double the speed limit, 205 kilometres per hour

The Guardia Civil traffic department have arrested a 25-year-old man accused of driving at 205 kilometres per hour along the main Soller road.

The incident occured on Sunday when a Guardia Civil patrol registered the vehicle which was travelling at twice the speed limit.

The man was detained by officers and charged with dangerous driving.
