On Tuesday, a lifeguard at a hotel in Alcudia saved a 17-month-old boy from drowning in the pool.
The incident occurred shortly before 7pm. The lifeguard performed basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation before ambulances and police arrived on the scene.
Medics managed to revive the child, who was taken to Son Espases Hospital.
A good news story ( at last MDB, it’s been a bit death, doom and despondency recently coupled with some truly rubbish Silly Season Stuff).
But, have to ask, at 17 months old, where were the parents? Who was supervising the child?
