These very dangerous scooters must be banned. They have become a frightening menace all over the Island. Ridden at a very fast speed missing people by inches. The users have no protective clothing or helmets. There are no registrations or number plates. So they can not be reported for very dangerous use. One death recently. How many more users and pedestrians will die??.
