Shortly after 9am on Monday, the driver of an Opel Insignia lost control of the car, collided with a parked car and turned the car over.

This was by the Son Cayetano primary school in Palma just moments after pupils had arrived for the day. No one was injured.

Tests show that he was positive for drugs that he had taken only a short time before driving.
