Lord Jeffrey Archer has started writing his latest book at his island home. All his recent books, all best sellers, have been penned on the island.

"Back in Mallorca, and watching the sun set on my first day of writing," the top selling author says in an Instagram post with the photo that we reproduce here.
Lord Archer has owned a home on the island for many years and spends the winter months writing the first draft of his new book. His study has fantastic views over the Bay of Palma. Recent estimates suggest that he has sold more than 300 million books over his writing career.
