Last Friday, drivers on the Inca motorway would have been shocked to come across a car on fire.

This was around 10pm in the Inca direction a few kilometres past Festival Park. The emergency services received numerous calls. The Guardia Civil closed the road for a time while the Mallorca Fire Brigade dealt with the incident.

The occupants of the car had got out and were unharmed.
