A video taken this week shows a man running on the Via Cintura ring road in Palma.
Heading in the airport direction, he is running on the dashed lines that mark an exit. There are vehicles to either side of him.
According to residents and regular road users, this is not the first time he has been seen running along the road. In fact, he is said to be a common sight.
Really? Been doing this for some time? Even recorded and posted on-line. And the Police are…..where? This guy is defo a case for care in the community. He might get killed, but worse he might get others killed.
