Alarm in Pollensa as bakery is engulfed by fire

On two levels, the fire quickly spread to the whole property on C. Mar. Flames and dense smoke generated a good deal of alarm.

There was no one inside the building, and no injuries have been reported.

The area was cordoned off while firefighters from Alcudia and Inca tackled the blaze.

The cause of the fire is as yet unknown.
