A man dubbed "Britain's best boss" has invited his whole team to a free holiday in Mallorca. Staff at The Bridge pub and restaurant in Llangennech, Wales, were thrilled when owner Salvo Giannini handed them an all-expenses paid break to Palma.

Salvo told WalesOnline: "We as owners are pretty demanding and our staff have been able to hit the mark every day. And we are not talking about the financial targets here, we are talking about customer satisfaction.

"We have had a very busy summer and we are heading to a more busy festive season. It is important to take a break."

"We thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to reward our hard-working staff who have had a very busy and hectic summer," Salvo added.

"So all their flight tickets, stay and meals are covered in this."
