According to the website Idealista and properties it lists, the most expensive home in Mallorca is a luxury villa in Portals Nous-Bendinat which is currently being built and is priced at 29.5 million euros.

Due to be completed in 2024, the whole plot is 2,363 square metres, of which 788 square metres are the villa itself. On two floors, it has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, three large terraces with sea views, a solarium, a swimming pool and a 1,330 square metre garden. There is also an underground garage with space for up to eight vehicles. Idealista says: "Its orientation to the sea and its location next to the beautiful Bendinat park provide a spectacular view that extends from Cabrera to the island of Illetas."
