Drivers in Mallorca who fail to show up for ITV (MOT) appointments are being penalised by being unable to book another appointment for two months.

It takes as long as two months and more to get an initial inspection date anyway. Why wouldn’t you turn up? Why not ensure prepayment only for bookings? That’ll solve it. And open more centres. There are clearly not enough.
