At home to supposedly "modest" opposition, the promoted UCAM, Mallorca failed yet again to capitalise on any dominance, not that there was a great deal of that. Morillas hit the post for UCAM after 68 minutes. For Mallorca, Moutinho, who probably should have been on from the start, went close some ten minutes later. But it was the same old story: no cutting-edge. Two goals in seven matches, one win in seven matches, seven points. Just not good enough.

Having bought a family holiday home in Camp de Mar I went with a friend, both of us life long Chelsea supporters, to the Iberostar. So impressed that the lady at the box office, the one in the Fans' shop and also at the turnstiles spoke good English. It's an easy stadium to get to, plenty of parking, lovely stadium and easy to get away at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed the game too, especially the second half when Murcia came out of their defensive shell. Of course a goal or two would have helped, but plenty of action to enjoy.
